Sugarless Chocolate Pudding

Sugarless Chocolate Pudding

If you want pudding without the refined sugar, then this the recipe for you. Although it is called sugarless, it still contains sugar, but only the fruit sugar found in bananas. The recipe is simple and it only takes a few minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of sugarless cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder (optional)

Directions

Chop two bananas up into pieces: 3 or 4 chunks per banana.

Put the banana chunks in a food processor or blender. Add two tablespoons of sugarless cocoa powder, one quarter teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and one quarter teaspoon of ginger powder. Blend the ingredients together in the blender or food processor. It does not take long to do this. Only one or two minutes. Bananas blend together quickly.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the refrigerator. After a couple of hours, the pudding is ready to eat.

The cinnamon and ginger powder are optional. It is possible to make this pudding with only two ingredients: the bananas and the cocoa powder. I recommend using dark cocoa powder. Check the box in the store to see if the cocoa has added sugars or not before buying it.

This recipe produces two servings. Increase the amount of ingredients proportionally for additional servings. (Double the amounts for four servings, triple the amounts for six, etc.)

This is delicious and very easy to make. Enjoy!
